Democrats applied various ways to protest the American President during his joint session speech at Congress

A various of means and methods were applied by Democrat attendees at Donald Trump’s first speech at Congress in his 2nd term in office on Tuesday night 4th March 2025, to undermine or sabotage his speech. Some were coordinated efforts.

Texas Congressman Al Green (D) shouted out and waved his cane to disrupt Trump’s speaking. House Speaker Mike John had to use to his power to order Sergeant at Arms to remove him from the Chamber.

Many Democrats repeatedly raised the “FALSE” signs to object Donald Trump’s statements.

Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) held a paper read “It’s not normal” when Trump entered the Chambers and greeted the attendees. A few minutues later, Texas Congressman Lance Gooden (R) ripped down that paper.

Most of Democrat attendees kept silent with uncomfortable and sad faces all the times.

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi reserved a face of discomfort, anger and bitterness.

While others stood up to honor some victims such as Laken Riley or applauded some heroes or brave kids, most Democrat attendees remained at seat.
