What are the possible biggest winnings and losings by Trump Administration after the temporary ceasefire with Iran?

When the 2-week ceasefire was announced, the biggest winning by Trump Administration in the abrupt military campaign against Iran may be that the USA successfully forced Iran to show its best strengths and advantages, some of that may be beyond the USA and Israel’s intelligence envisage and coverage, and help the USA identify where their allies are. Now the USA, Israel and the whole world come to know clearly what kind of substantial damages Iran could and can cause if the regime faced danger (and they know the necessity to strategically avoid or at least minimize such damages in the future). The biggest loss by the Trump Administration maybe they would have to spend lots of efforts for another internal political campaign which seems no less rigorous than the presidential trail in 2025 since the mid-term congressional elections are coming soon.

It said civilian ports used for military purposes lose protected status and become legitimate military targets under international law. It’s likely that the US is preparing for extensive strikes on Iranian military presence in these areas amidst viral reports of Iran forces embedding the Strait waters with naval mines.

Border concentration camps may rise to prevent an American constitutional crisis

The Trump Administration’s efforts to implement mass deportation of illegal immigrants have being facing tremendous and persistent blocks by the judicial personnel and Democrat congressmen, as an unavoidable challenge despite the current Republican dominance in both the executive and law-making branches. It’s envisaged that mass concentration camps shall be soon set up along the American border to contain illegal immigrants, effectively depriving them of any illegitimate rights they are enjoying, while preventing a fatal clash between the federal government and the federal courts. It’s still unclear whether the federal budget, in worsening deficits, could afford all the costs to maintain such concentration camps for a long time. The costs to maintain such camps may be eventually charged back to the tax-funded expenditures for the judicial system operations, on a reciprocal basis.
