The clash between Trump Administration and Left Judges appointed by Democrat Presidents like Barack Obama and Joe Biden are likely to escalate into a crisis between the executive branch and juridical branch of the country. In a post dated 19th Mar, Donald Trump wrote “If a President doesn’t have the right to throw murderers, and other criminals, out of our Country because a Radical Left Lunatic Judge wants to assume the role of President, then our Country is in very big trouble, and destined to fail!”.

After several cases of Trump Administration’s executive decision
being blocked, halted or reversed by Left Judges’ order, DC District Judge
James Boasberg ordered on 16th March that 2 midair flights deporting
238 Tren de Aragua gang members to a prison in El Salvador to head back to the
USA. After the Administration’s failure to act accordingly, Judge Boasberg
demanded a hearing in which oaths and substantially confidential proofs of
documents must be submitted.

Impeachment against Judge James Boasberg for high crimes and misdemeanors and subject
to removal from office. The draft Impeachment read “This conduct [by Judge
James Boasberg] jeopardizes the safety of the nation, represents an abuse of
judicial power, and is detrimental to the orderly functioning of the judiciary.
Using the powers of his office, Chief Judge Boasberg has attempted to seize
power from the Executive Branch and interfere with the will of the American people”.
The Republicans may take some other actions against Judge
James Boasberg when it was discovered by some independent journalists that Boasberg’s
daughter is working for a NGO funded by USAID, specialized in providing legal
consult to illegal immigrants.
Meanwhile, Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. called for
appellate instead of impeachment: “For more than two centuries, it has been
established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement
concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for
that purpose”.
With the latest post from Donald Trump, it’s likely that the
Trump Administration and the Republicans are more determined to follow the
impeachment path. Continuous blocks by Left Judges in general prevent them from
taking prompt executive decisions, consume large resources and time to follow appellate
(which may not be successful all the time), and cause substantial financial and
security damages upon a pending appellate.
Some loopholes in the current juridical system of the USA are also being debated on social and legal forums now, such as whether a district judge has the authority to issue orders over the federal government’s actions, and if so a single judge can decide on his/her will or it would require a panel of several judges.
