POLIBIZ - According to a recent report by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in the list of non-detained illegal immigrants, there are 425,431 convicted criminals (13,099 of them are convicted of homicide and 15,811 are convicted of sexual assault) and another 222,141 having pending criminal charges.

The “non-detained” immigrants are the ones enjoying the “catch and release” favor under the current Administration. In United States immigration enforcement, the term refers to a practice of releasing a migrant to the community while he or she awaits hearings in immigration court, as an alternative to holding them in immigration detention.
This mean these criminals are living freely among some local communities.
