The USA President Donald Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to immediately deport 238 Tren de Aragua gang member to a prison in El Salvador. DC District judge James Boasberg appointed under Barack Obama era issued an order to halt the operation and demand the deportation flights to return to the USA. However, latest information showed that the criminals already arrived El Salvador’s CECOT prison on 16th March.

In reaction to the news of Judge Boasberg’s order, President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, said "Oopsie… Too late 😂".
Some senior advisors of the Trump Administration are quoted as saying the expel flights were on international territories when the judge’s order came, and they could not return to the USA.
Trump Administration are taking stepping to appeal Judge Boasberg’s order to the Supreme Court and believe that they would win. Meanwhile, some Congressmen said that they would draft impeachment clauses against Judge Boasberg on treason charge, however any impeachment against Democrat-leaning judges would hardly be passed because it would require at least 67 votes at the Senate.
