Then, for half a minute, she incoherently repeated herself with meaningless phrases and awkward smiles. She repeated the last words in the teleprompter “32 days” five times.

The vice president’s eloquence index has been matter of doubt since nominated as Democrat presidential candidate. So far, she has not organized any press conference where she must have one-on-one Q&A with correspondents. Instead, she keeps in her safe zone of podcasts, pre-scripted interviews.
Most American politicians now use teleprompters to facilitate their speeches, and they don’t totally depend on it. Donald Trump also uses teleprompter in his campaign rallies, but he could manage to talk articulately without it, he usually already has in mind what to talk and how to talk in a specific event. In the case of Harris, she proves to be completely dependent on teleprompter, and seems to have nothing in mind in ready when taking the speech podium.
In a talk show with Tucker Calson, billionaire Elon Musk said: “There’s no point in criticizing Kamala Harris, she’s simply the face of a much larger machine. She’ll say whatever is on the teleprompter. She’ll get stuck if the teleprompter breaks…it’s whoever controls the teleprompter who is in charge.”
Tucker: “Who is that?”
Elon Musk: “It’s not any one mastermind. Kamala is a sort of marionette with somewhere north of 100 (handlers)”
Tucker: “I bet you know 80 of them.”
Elon Musk: “I probably know most of them.”
