POLIBIZ - 31 days into the presidential date, Donald J Trump seems to try to turn the place where he survived his first assassination into a decisive battle, with the accompany of key personnel in his campaign including among others JD Vance and Elon Musk. Meanwhile, former President Barack Obama is said to join the campaign trail of Kamala Harris to help enhance her fading image to voters.

The past 2 weeks saw some important events slightly affecting the tightened presidential race between Trump and Harris, with good news and bad news for both sides.
The vice presidential debate between Trump’s running mate JD Vance and Harris’ vice Tim Walz hosted by CBS News is favorable to Trump campaign generally. JD Vance was successful in accurately and persuasively presenting Trump’s economic policies to the mass public. His undeniable elegant, classy, smart style on television largely pushes back some prejudice and negative rumors against him since he was picked by Trump. Walz proved to be a good debater, but not good enough to make any strong positive impact on Harris’ campaign.
Just one day later, a giant monster released by Democrats – special counsel Jack Smith’s filing on Trump’s Jan 6 riot case was unsealed and thus made available to public – officially started to chase after Trump maybe until the election date. Trump sensed the danger of this monster and described the incident as “election interference”. He may also be prepared for some other monsters to be released soon.
The deadly Helene hurricane wrecked havocs on Southeast America and its devastating aftermath is looming over not only the region but also Harris’ presidential campaign. Her priority to a fundraising event over a visit to the storm-hit area, the slow deployment of rescue forces to save more lives, the small amount of aid for storm victims vs the huge budget for illegal immigrants and foreign aid, the bad planning and controlling of disaster relief budget ... all these information can’t be positive improvements to Harris’ campaign. In fact, if a proper and clever strategy were in place to deal with Helene, Harris could score some points to the public and make people trust more in her leadership. In reality, such strategy never existed.
