POLIBIZ – Hundreds of supporters already gathered outside the New York City’ s famous arena the night before the rally scheduled in the afternoon of Sunday 27th Oct. Instead of residing in hotels, the rally-goers, proudly in red MAGA hats, chose the option of camping outdoor or line-up in front of big screens displaying Donald Trump campaign’s posters.

The rally at 19,500-seated Madison Square Garden (MSG) can be seen as the third major episode of Trump in gaining back then accelerating his momentum in the presidential race against Kamala Harris, after the historically massive and passionate rally in Butler Pennsylvania on 5th Oct and the 3-hour interview with Joe Rogan on 25th Oct - a Youtube podcast got 24 million views within just 24 hours.
A few days before the event, Trump’s loser in the presidential race 2016 Hillary Clinton took on CNN to characterize Donald Trump as a fascist, comparing his upcoming rally in MSG to a Nazi gathering in 1939. She emphasized the historical context of American fascism and the need for vigilance against such ideologies.
Hillary seems to forget how MSG related to her husband – former President Bill Clinton. The 1992 Democratic National Convention nominated Governor Bill Clinton of Arkansas for president and Senator Al Gore from Tennessee for vice president was held at exactly MSG from July 13 to July 16, 1992.
In both elections 2016 and 2020, Trump lost New York to his opponents to high margins, at -23.1% in 2020 and -22.49% in 2016. It would be the third blue wall state which Trump organizes rally after Colorado and California. Observers suggest that Trump may intend to win the popular votes also, while reinforcing the supporting base for Republicans. The rally in New York City may be also a declaration of “coming back” to his business homeland.
